The Coffee Wheel & The Conscious Kitchen Dahab present out weekly dinner series, one night a week, we will serve a 3 course meal created and cooked by Chef Akram Ziada. Each month will be a new menu and theme. Chef will have a discussion about the history of the dish and the region it is from.

About the event
This month the theme is Southern USA BBQ. Chef Ziada will showcase come southern American classic staples as well as some twists on some classics. We will disscus the food culture of the American south and how and why BBQ became such an important part of the culture of the region, as well as discussing charcoal, wood, and pit cooking culture from around the Sinai area.
The menu will 3 courses.
First course will be South West Style Veggie Chilli, slow cooked to perfection, served with sour cream & fried tortilla strips (Veg/V/GF)
Second course will be Slow cooked BBQ Beef Brisket, with South east and South west style BBQ sauces. Served with Braised spiced cabbage with apples and raisins. *For Vegetarians we will have crispy fried BBQ seasoned Cauliflower and chargrilled Broccoli in place of the Brisket. (Veg/V/GF)*
Third course will be southern apple crisp. It's like an apple pie…
